As the name suggest,this department deals with telephonic selling of products.This is very challenging task as they hav to achieve target daily/weekly basis.
The team leader has to lead the team of telesales representatives and the marketing representatives.The TL should be a good leader,should be able to motivate the TSE's and groom there talent as well.
The TSE's,they have to note the customers who need our services and hand over the list to our marketing representives who go to the customers place for installation,collection of documents,payments etc.

Key Requirements : Experience of handling telemarketing and field teams.
